Licensed as an unlimited commercial kennel, it has 15 inside/outside covered runs on concrete with guillotine doors on each run. The kennel building has hot and cold running water, a grooming area, a nursery area and a gas heater. There is also an unheated storage area. There are also 3 outside paddocks and a visiting bitch run. Of the 2 1/2 acres, about 3/4 of an acre is fenced with chain link fencing that surrounds the yard and the 3 bedroom 2 bath Cape Cod that has been remodeled over the last few years.

In addition to the kennel runs there are three exercise paddocks and also a visiting bitch run.

The power company recently upgraded the overhead lines, now we seldom have a power failure. However if we do have a failure the automatic back-up generator opiates all the electrical needs.
